# 11. TERM AND TERMINATION

11.1              The term of this Agreement shall be unlimited and may be terminated by Doge Labs at any time by suspending the use of the Services.

11.2              The right of both Parties to extraordinary termination for good cause shall remain unaffected. Good cause shall be deemed to exist in particular

(a)        for Doge Labs in a case of section 8.2 (Prohibited Use);

(b)       for Doge Labs, if Doge Labs must terminate the provision of the Services, for example because a supervision authority or another authority or a court demand Doge Labs to terminate the provision of the Services;

(c)        for Doge Labs, if Doge Labs is unable to continue to operate the Services for an extended period of time for reasons beyond Doge Labs' control;

(d)       for Doge Labs, the provision of the Services becomes otherwise impossible or economically unreasonable for legal or factual, in particular technical, reasons.

11.3              All provisions of this Agreement which may reasonably be interpreted or construed as surviving the termination of the Agreement. This includes in particular, but is not limited to: Sections 1 (Defined Terms); 5 (Rights of use); 6 (Condition and Warranty); 10 (Responsibilities and assumption of risks); 11 (Term and termination); 12 (Liability); 14 (Privacy); 15 (Miscellaneous).
